Island Grill, the award-winning sustainable restaurant at Royal Lancaster London, will be serving up gourmet pancakes throughout the day for all to enjoy. The Restaurant will also have a live pancake station for breakfast, which is open to both guests staying at the hotel or those looking to simply enjoy the best pancakes in town!
This year, Executive Head Chef, Daniel McGarey, has created a delicious menu of filled pancakes, all served with either French fries or seasonal greens. Fillings include spiced scotch beef, glazed with applewood smoked cheddar; mixed seafood; or mixed bean, tomato and basil.
For those looking to curb their sweet tooth, a choice of toppings include strawberry, maple syrup and basil; mango, chilli and coconut; or a classic yet divine topping of banana and Nutella – all styled perfectly for the must-have pancake shot.
Pancakes will be available from 12pm until 10.30pm, priced at £5 per portion for sweet pancakes, and £10 per portion for savoury pancakes.
