The filming of X The End Time, produced by Maxx Oliver, will begin in the United States in the coming days.
The trailer of the film, whose script was written by the Turkish-American Director Sean GK, sitting in the director’s chair, took place in the ancient city of Seferihisar Teos, where the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality provided sponsorship. Many famous American and Turkish actors took part in the shootings, which were made with special permission, paying attention to the preservation of the historical texture.
For the first time in Turkey, Sean GK, who set out with the ideal of making a Hollywood project with the Turkish team and actors whose production staff was formed with Hollywood Stars, Kristanna Loken, the beautiful actress of the Terminator movie, and Costas Mandylor, the successful detective of the movie Saw, came to Turkey for shooting. Many star actors joined the project, including Tom Tidiman, Franky Lankester, Alix Kermes, Tiffany Rose, Wilma Elles, with their impressive story.
Main Trailer Was Shooted In Izmir
In the film X The End Time, some of which were shot in historical places in and around Izmir in Turkey, the struggle for existence of a handful of people who survived the meteor shower is told. The shooting of the film, which started in Turkey, is still continuing in the United States.
Speaking about the movie, Sean GK said, “Turkey is actually a very modern country; but when we look at the foreign films shot in our country and released in the world, they are shown differently. With this film, we aim to introduce the historical and natural beauties of our country, especially İzmir, and the beauties of our people to the world. For this purpose, we shot the trailer of the movie in Turkey,” he said.
The film, in which historical places such as Seferihisar Ancient City of Teos, Alanya, Cappadocia and Phrygia will also be promoted, is expected to be released worldwide in July 2022. The film’s nomination for an Oscar on behalf of Turkey in 2023 is already among the talks.
The trailer made a successful entry in the charts by reaching 4 million views in the first week it was broadcast on online platforms under the Newway Film Studios LLC .
The shooting of the film will be carried out by a joint Turkish-American team in the coming days. There is talk in the backstage that the film will represent Turkey at the Oscar awards.
