The NFL returns to London in October with three football (and not soccer!) games to be played on three consecutive weekends – yes – American Football is back in the UK!
Wembley Stadium has been hosting NFL games since 2007, and Twickenham Stadium hosted NFL games in the past. But Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium has been the main London host of NFL games since 2019. Like last year where the UK got three football games, these games bring lots of fans over from the U.S. (and other countries), and are specifically geared to Americans based in the UK who don’t get a chance to attend games. But be warned, these games sell out, and sell out fast. Here is the schedule for this year:

All games have a kick off time at 2.30pm UK time.
These three games will take the total number of regular season games played in the U.K. since 2007 to 45.
The Jaguars games with the Houston Texans on Sunday, Oct. 18 will be their 16th game in the capital and the third time they will play back-to-back games in London in one season as the league plays its most international games ever in a single season. A record-breaking nine games will be played across four continents, seven countries and eight stadiums. For the first time games will be played in Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro and Paris while the NFL returns to London, Madrid, Munich and Mexico City. This is all part of the league’s long-term commitment to global expansion. Games played in Europe are part of the regular season, and count towards the league as such.
There was talk of the NFL becoming the main tenant of the Olympic Stadium, before West Ham moved in. There have also been discussions about having an NFL team stationed in London permanently, but the logistics and complications of that mean there are no firm plans as yet.

🏈 Passyunk Avenue: this leading chain of American-style dive bars regularly screens NFL action, and is the closest you’ll get to feeling like you’re watching in Philly.
🏈 BLOODsports, Covent Garden: horror movies are shown alongside lives sports (inc. plenty of stuff from across the Pond).
🏈 Plus possibly any sport pub/bar near you!
