I always have been a creative person who was into hobby photography and I love fashion. Therefore my heart always was beating for modelling, acting and singing. I always followed the trends via social media to be updated and to use it for my life style, as it was important to me.
-How did you feel when you did your first ever fashion show or photo shoot, and how old you were?
I started with photo shoots when I was 18 year old once I gained experience as a hobby photographer. I was very excited at my first photo shoot, because I was in the spotlight and in front of the camera instead of being behind the camera. I am very ambitious and I just wanted to go for it and give my best for the end result and I really enjoyed it.
-Who was your role model as a child and how did that help in being a model?
Actually there were many models, actors and singers who I admired and I always wanted to go reach the top and be successful. Therefore I saved money and bought a professional camera, as in my opinion at that time, it would be the first step. Also me as a hobby photographer I was very young, but my creativity to have an amazing end result was driving me, because it always was in my nature to show people how to pose in front of the camera. I also built a set from the location and always was able to create something new on the spot. At the same time I loved to be photographed and I knew I had it in me.

-What did your parent first think of you being a model and where they supportive?
My parents were academically oriented and they were not really interested in this field, as this is not a safe profession in their opinion. They were for education and studies. Therefore I pursued my studies in economics and hotel management, but I was modelling in my free time as much as possible.
-If you were not a model, what other profession would you have been doing instead?
Like I said, I always wanted to do something creative. Modelling and acting is my passion and I am a fighter as well and I am convinced of the fact that if you work hard you can achieve everything you aim for “Never give up, work hard and believe and love yourself” that is my motto.
-How do you cope under the pressures of being a model?
Well, you have pressure in every aspect of model life. Starting with the healthy look and always giving your 100 % regardless of how you feel and obviously if you are a public figure and you have to deal with a lot of competitors. In my opinion professionally you have to be a team player to get along with every kind and sorts of people who you meet. Privately I counter and balance my stress with joining the gym and having a good/enough sleep.
– What do you do in your spare time?
In my free time, if there is any left, I love to meet my close friends and if possible visit my family. I also love to go to the Cinema and am always following the newest fashion style and trends. Explore other cultures and try different kinds of food.
-How would your friends and family describe you in 3 words?
Loyal, business minded and hardworking.
-How would you describe yourself in one word?
I would describe myself as a perfectionist
Which fashion magazines, websites, blogs, and catalogues do you visit most often?
I love the Vogue Magazine, Harper´s Bazaar, Men’s Health, GQ. Also visiting Websites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to spot the latest trends.
-What is fun and rewarding about modelling?
Modelling is my passion and I love and enjoy every second of being a model even if it’s not that easy at times. I love to meet lovely people and make international friends. Enjoying new challenges and making new contacts with artists, designers, photographers and makeup artists, to establish my career as an actor as well, which I am already involved in.
-What do you dislike about modelling?
In my opinion every job has something which you probably won’t like at times or dislike. Here you question your personality and always be professional and factual and never let your guards down.
– How do you prepare for a modelling shoot?
I am preparing myself with regular gym sessions, boxing classes to have the right body shape to fit in the designer clothes. Also taking good care of my skin and eating healthy and drinking 3 litres of water a day. Healthy food means low fat and sugar, but I have also my cheat day in the week.
As a Model you have to love yourself and always be prepared as you will shine it out.
-How would you describe working with the photographer?
I love to work with different photographers. My experience is that I get along with all the photographers as I am very focused on what they require and I am also good in meeting up with these requirements and delivering in a short time span. It is very important for a Model to work in a team and to have a good understanding with the team in order to have fun in the shoot.
-What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion is very important, as this a part of every human being. I can express myself with clothing and how I feel and this is a part of my personality. Fashion brings colour and happiness in your life and I can’t be without it.
-How has modelling changed other aspects of your life?
Modelling has changed my life so far, I am definitely more mature and I gained friends in the fashion industry and I was able to make connections with the film industry as well, as I am passionate about acting and I already got a lead role in a Fashion Thriller Film.
-If a young girl/boy wanted to be a model what would your advice for them be?
I would definitely advice a newcomer to make sure the first connection in the fashion industry is a serious connection. Explore about the agency, designer or photographer, if they are known and serious. Have 10 different pictures ready in your portfolio and find a serious agency, who can bring you paid and professional work.
-Anything else you’d like to say?
Yes, the last I would like to say is: Love yourself – Never give up, work hard – it pays off. The best way to predict the future is to create it!
