From Thursday 24 – Sunday 27 November, one of the UK’s biggest food events, BBC Good Food Show Winter, will be kicking off its annual show with four jam-packed days of all-star celebrity chefs, workshops, foodie inspiration, and much more.

Throughout the long weekend, guests can discover brand-new recipes and top tips from culinary heroes including Nadiya Hussain, Ainsley Harriott, Michel Roux, Gennaro Contaldo, John Torode, Lisa Faulkner, and many more, as they cook live in the Big Kitchen. What’s more, fans can head to the pop-up bookshop from 11am to buy the latest titles from chefs and experts appearing at the Show and will get the opportunity to get books signed by their favourite chefs.

At Thursday’s show, the much-loved Ainsley Harriott, Italian chef Gennaro Contaldo and Jane Dunn of Jane’s Patisserie will take to the Big Kitchen theatre to cook up delicious dishes and offer up seasonal food inspiration, while guests at Friday’s show can book tickets to experience Nadiya Hussain and Michel Roux live in action.

The Big Kitchen entertainment doesn’t end there as over the weekend visitors to the Big Kitchen can expect plenty of festive food fun with James Martin, Nadiya Hussain and Paul Ainsworth on Saturday, followed by John Torode, Lisa Faulkner and James Martin taking to the stage on Sunday.

New for 2022, the Let’s Talk Good Food Stage will invite guests to uncover the secrets of the all-star chefs’ success and get any culinary queries answered as host Barney Desmazery invites questions from the audience. Free-of-charge, the Let’s Talk Good Food Stage is the perfect place to interact with the show-stopping chef line-up, which includes headline Big Kitchen chefs alongside renowned industry experts such as Cyrus Todiwala, Chetna Makan, Paul A Young, Benjamina Ebuehi, Becky Excell and many more.

For foodie fans looking for something new to do at the show, the ProCook pop-up cookery school, BBC Good Food Wine Club Tasting Theatre with Laithwaites Wine and Thermomix workshops will all make their debut at the BBC Good Food Show Winter – offering heaps of exciting interactive food experiences throughout the four days.

Returning for 2022, the Festive Kitchen has a jam-packed and free-of-charge schedule of festive showstoppers, as chefs including Sabrina Ghayour, Philli Armitage-Mattin, Alex Hollywood, Poppy O’Toole and Melissa Thompson help guests to discover a whole host of alternatives to traditional Christmas meats. Providing plenty of recipe inspirations and top tips and tricks to enhance festive cooking, the free-of-charge stage is ideal for visitors looking to shake up their Christmas feast.

Along with celebrity tips and demonstrations, visitors can get tips from baking experts such as Ravneet Gill and Becky Excell at the Get Baking! Stage, whilst also having opportunities to sample and purchase delicious food and drink from hundreds of independent and artisan producers in the show’s exhibitor halls. For those looking for the ultimate Christmas present, there’s hundreds of food and drink gift options available, from chocolate and cheese, to brownies and beer. With seasonal produce and not-on-the-high-street gifts, there will be something to fill every stocking this Christmas.
