    1. Please could you tell us about your background and how it leads to the work you do today?

I have been working in nightlife and event for the last 20 years. Indeed I started in Paris organising event at University  and I was probably more in the corridors giving out flyers than in the amphitheater attending the classes. Afterwards the real turning point has been Ibiza where felt in love with the “White Island” and worked there for several years. I collaborated with some of the best clubs in the planet like Pacha, Amnesia, Privilege, Space, DC10 and I also had the privilege to work with David & Cathy Guetta for their F*** Me I’m Famous party to name a few.

I travelled a lot and lived in Barcelona, Tel Aviv, Miami and finally came back to Paris where we opened with some friends a DJ booking agency. I collaborated as well in a big event company, giving my expertise  and organizing exclusive events for luxury brands in France and abroad.

That’s when people I knew from Park Plaza contacted me and offered me to manage the entertainment for their flagship hotel in London. It was a new challenge as I did not have any hotel background, but I have always loved the challenges.

    1. How would you describe your work to someone who hasn’t seen it before?

I’m the Entertainment Director of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London. The hotel is ideally located just in front of Big Ben and successfully attracts an international crowd from all around the world.

My aim is to provide the best entertainment to our guests who are from many different nationality and age group.

It is a challenging but exciting task at the same time. Moreover my goal from the beginning was not only to have a hotel bar but to create a destination bar in a stylish hotel. Indeed in Primo Bar, our live music venue, I did not want to have the typical hotel in-house entertainment, I wanted to provide an eclectic, modern and interesting mix of musical genres. There is a different type of music every night, from Soul to Pop to Jazz or even Bossa-Nova. It is never easy to please all the crowd so I give people the opportunity to experience a different atmosphere and discover something new all the time.

    1. Which project have you enjoyed working on the most so far?

I had the privilege to work with many talented artists as London is such a rich city full of amazing performers. However the project I cherish the most is probably the weekly salsa event we used to organize every Friday at Primo. We had the most stylish and elegant salsa event in whole London with Roberto Pla the “Godfather of salsa” in UK and his nine piece band.

It was an amazing show where people shared their love of Latin music and dance. The reason it has a special place in my heart is that I met my lovely wife during this event…

    1. Where people can find more about you and your future projects

2016 is definitely an exciting year for me as we are opening 2 new hotels in London and finalize the refurbishment of another one. I will have the opportunity to give my expertise for the entertainment of these new properties which will keep me fairly busy.

    ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Park Plaza Hotel Group focuses now much more on the lifestyle and guest experience through different aspects of their stay. Indeed the atmosphere and ambiance have proven to be a significant factor of the guest satisfaction. My aim in the long term is to manage the entertainment of all the new projects such as the new property we have now secured in the future Battersea Power Station and the Hoxton project in Shoreditch. I have to give a special credit to my direction who has always supported my choices (most of the time) and shared my vision with a very opened mind which is far from usual for such a big company. I’m always interested in new talents and creative ideas so feel free to pop up any time at PPWB, I would be delighted to discuss and know more about it.
