New York based artist Claire Fleury will be celebrating the arts at Brooklyn Fashion Week (FW|BK) by closing the “Slayway Genderless Design” category on Sunday, October 18th 2020. Fleury’s iconic creations caught the attention of FWB organizers which earned her a place amongst some of the industry’s most exciting independent designers.

Playground is a capsule collection of playful jumpsuits produced in positive colorways of CAMO (clear vinyl with red patching) OREO (black and white) CHEETO (red and lime) AQUA (blue) YELLO (yellow) and CIRCO (pink).

“All my designs are genderless – I hope to add to the movement by anyone of any gender being encouraged to wear any style of any garment they want Jumpsuits are an easy subject because they tend to be rather genderless on their own.”. CF

Settled in the heart of Brooklyn is Claire’s studio where her team effortlessly put together 6 jumpsuits. True to her core belief and brand DNA, materials from last year were repurposed to help reduce waste and to encourage other creatives to follow in her footsteps. Claire’s designs will be worn by some exceptional talent, Ericka Neely, Luis Mercedes, LeAnn Fredericks, Kemo Ward, Sarah Ocul and Andrés LunarKing.


Brooklyn Fashion Week is a bi-annual International collection show founded by the 501c non-profit BK|Style Foundation (BK|SF). Each season FW|BK supports charitable organizations including; Denim Day NYC to raise awareness on sexual assault/violence, Art In Motion Show, Beauty for Freedom, Soles4Souls Foundation, MTV Staying Alive Foundation, and Colel Chabad along with several other non-profit organization. BK|SF lends a voice to social issues including human rights, HIV/AIDS awareness, sustainability initiatives, poverty, community development, and leadership training.
