With new seasonal menus, a hearty three-course brunch and free family-focused fun, Sky Garden has Easter bank holiday weekend firmly in sight.

Grab the kids and hop on up (35 floors) to Sky Pod Bar, where the Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance from 11.30am-2.30pm on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st April. Little ones can get into the spirit of the weekend thanks to two face-painting artists (available on Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd April 11.30am-2.30pm), while the big kids can pair the unrivalled views with a seasonal serve at the bar – try Sky Garden’s High Five anniversary cocktail, a riff on the classic negroni using VII Hills gin, Select, Lillet Rose’ and rhubarb.

Fuel all of that fun at Darwin Brasserie, where the limited-edition three-course Easter brunch will be served across the long weekend. Delicious dishes will include the signature Darwin duck benedict – confit duck, caramelised onion hash and slow roast tomatoes, alongside lighter veggie options such as roasted Cheltenham beetroot with clementine, chicory, cashew hummus and spiced nuts. The Easter brunch is priced at £49.50 per person including a glass of prosecco on arrival, and is available 20th-22ndApril 11.30am-4.30pm.

Or – for a touch of opulence – book your Easter lunch at Fenchurch Restaurant, and enjoy a flawless three-course menu including a cocktail on arrival. The seasonal menu, designed by Head Chef Daniel Fletcher, includes fresh spring dishes such as smoked mackerel rillette, cucumber, radish, dill and preserved lemon; and roast dry aged Herdwick lamb with wild garlic pesto, pressed rosemary potatoes and young spring turnips. The set lunch is available on Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd April, and is priced at £65 pp, or £90 with wine pairings.
