International Megastar Akshay Kumar today shared the track – Rait Zara Si – a romantic ballad from his upcoming movie Atrangi Re, featuring Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan in lead roles, on his social media.
The emotional song introduces us to the love triangle that forms the crux of the story, showing how Sara Ali Khan is in love with both her former love, portrayed by Akshay Kumar, and her now husband, played by Dhanush.
It dwells deep into conflicting emotions, and showcases how their lives are interwoven with a connecting thread of longing for each other.
The song has been composed, arranged and produced By AR Rahman and sung by Arijit Singh and Shashaa Tirupati. The lyrics have been penned by Irshad Kamil.
Directed by Aanand L Rai, Atrangi Re will release on Disney+ Hotstar on 24 December.
