Paris, March 6, 2026 — During Paris Fashion Week, the inaugural edition of Fashion AI Expo, founded by Olga Gasnier, gathered designers, technology companies, and creative innovators in Paris to explore the growing intersection between fashion and artificial intelligence.
The event created a platform for dialogue between heritage fashion houses, emerging designers, and AI-driven technology companies shaping the future of the industry. Participants and guests joined from Paris, Zurich, Dubai, Barcelona, Berlin, New York, and Vienna, reflecting the increasingly global conversation around the role of technology in fashion.
The edition opened with a runway presentation by the iconic fashion house Pierre Cardin. Rodrigo Basilicati-Cardin, President of the House of Pierre Cardin and Guest of Honor of Fashion AI Expo, addressed the audience, speaking about the importance of continuing creative exploration in the era of artificial intelligence and emphasizing that technological innovation should expand — rather than replace — artistic vision.
Several technology companies demonstrated how AI is transforming the way fashion brands create, distribute, and market their collections.
AIVE, the Creative Intelligence System, transforms brands’, agencies’ and media companies’ videos into a large-scale performance system. By industrializing video production, AIVE enables organizations to multiply content volumes by up to 10 while reducing costs by 80%, while guaranteeing absolute control over brand DNA. At the first edition of Fashion AI Expo, Olivier Reynaud, CEO of AIVE, presented the company’s vision for scaling creative performance through AI-driven technology.
Kingpin, an AI-powered wholesale platform built for fashion brands, replaces hours of buyer research and cold outreach with intelligent prospecting and context-rich messaging. During the event, Harsh Sajnani, CEO of Kingpin, demonstrated how artificial intelligence can transform the traditionally fragmented wholesale process into a scalable growth engine, helping brands connect with the right retailers and accelerate international B2B expansion.
Digital fashion platform DRESSX presented its newest AI virtual try-on technology, demonstrating how collections can extend beyond the runway into interactive digital experiences. Alla Zeitoun, VP of Business Development at DRESSX, showcased how the technology can generate photo and video outputs using the same looks that had just appeared on the runway.
Among the fashion brands exploring new creative approaches, Thalie Paris, the eco-luxury handbag brand founded by Nathalie Dionne, presented its experimental campaign “What Thalie Bag Are You?”, combining psychometric analysis with AI-generated visuals to explore new forms of storytelling and personalization in fashion.
Dia de Rose showcased cocktail and evening dresses defined by bold silhouettes and expressive femininity, while also experimenting with generative AI and virtual try-on technologies.
Austrian jewelry brand Oliver Weber unveiled its AI Collection, blending traditional jewelry craftsmanship with AI-assisted design. Created with Swarovski® crystals, the collection reflects a dialogue between timeless elegance and modern technological inspiration.

Yanord, Creative Director and founder of Haute Epicure, shared the personal inspiration behind his collection, demonstrating how artificial intelligence can reinterpret memories and heritage through contemporary fashion design.
The event concluded with a digital runway presentation by AI fashion creator Terri Trovato, founder of The Darcy Agency. The project reimagined Pierre Cardin runway looks through AI-generated visuals, demonstrating how generative technology can extend fashion storytelling beyond the physical show. The digital runway was presented in person to Rodrigo Basilicati-Cardin, President of the House of Pierre Cardin and Guest of Honor of the event.
The evening continued with a networking reception featuring Gustave Eiffel champagne, offering guests the opportunity to exchange ideas, connect across industries, and explore future collaborations.
Fashion AI Expo also served as a catalyst for cross-industry collaborations between fashion and technology companies.
Among the initiatives presented:
- Kingpin × Thalie — demonstrating how AI-driven wholesale tools can help Parisian brands connect with international buyers.
- Attach × Banuba — showcasing virtual makeup try-on and personalized product recommendations.
- DressX × Pierre Cardin, Haute Epicure and Dia de Rose — exploring the potential of digital fashion marketplaces and virtual try-on experiences.
- LookFashionAI × artist Olga Vaulina — presenting a live demo illustrating how AI tools can collaborate with artists to generate new visual interpretations of fashion.

With its first edition, Fashion AI Expo positioned itself as a new platform dedicated to exploring how fashion, technology, and creative experimentation can evolve together. By connecting designers, technology founders, and creative leaders from across the international fashion ecosystem, the event highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence in shaping new forms of design, storytelling, and commerce.
Future editions of Fashion AI Expo will continue to build on this dialogue, bringing together fashion houses, innovators, and entrepreneurs to explore how creativity and technology can collectively shape the next chapter of the global fashion industry.
