— Colliers International lets 1,000 sq ft unit to ME+EM in Notting Hill —

London, September,05, 2017 – ME+EM, a contemporary women’s fashion brand favoured by Samantha Cameron and The Duchess of Cambridge, has opened the doors to its third London store, a 1,000 sq ft unit at 56 Ledbury Road, Notting Hill, on a 10-year lease, having been advised by global real estate agent, Colliers International.

Founded in 2009, ME+EM is a luxury British womenswear label specialising in on-trend, beautifully-made, yet affordable clothing. Favoured by fashion editors from publications such as Vogue, The Times and The Telegraph, ME+EM is renowned for contemporary, iconic styles, like the ‘super-slimming’ Breton tee worn by the Duchess of Cambridge at a polo match in Windsor.

Located in the heart of Notting Hill, the fashion brand will be neighboured by other high-end labels, such as Petit Bateau, Penelope Chilvers and Matches Fashion.

Sara Law, Director in Colliers International’s Central London Retail Agency team, commented: “ME+EM’s new letting in Notting Hill follows the success of its Connaught Street and Elizabeth Street stores, which have performed exceedingly well in a climate in which some retailers are really finding it more difficult. This is a testament to the quality of the brand’s products and its strategic online and offline presence.”
