BAFTA has unveiled an all-star line-up of nominees, presenters, performers and special honourees ahead of this Sunday’s EE BAFTA Film Awards, marking one of the most anticipated nights in the global film calendar.

Hosted by Alan Cumming, the ceremony will take place at the Royal Festival Hall and will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Sunday 22 February at 7:00pm.
Star-studded performances
Music will play a major role in this year’s ceremony. The singing stars behind KPop Demon Hunters — JAE, AUDREYNUNA and REI AMI — will perform the global hit “Golden” live for the first time outside the United States.
Singer Jessie Ware will deliver a special In Memoriam performance, covering a classic song by Barbra Streisand in tribute to film figures lost over the past year.
Red carpet & digital coverage
Ahead of the ceremony, viewers can watch live red-carpet coverage hosted by Clara Amfo and Ali Plumb on BAFTA’s YouTube channel. Digital coverage will also feature Benedict and Hannah Townsend from Talk of the Townsends, while DJ Neev Spencer provides the red-carpet soundtrack.
Nominees and presenters
A wide international field of nominees is confirmed, including major film names such as Carey Mulligan, Emma Stone, Cillian Murphy, Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio and Michael B. Jordan, alongside hundreds of creatives from across global cinema crafts.
Presenters announced so far include Alicia Vikander, Alia Bhatt, Bryan Cranston, Gillian Anderson, Glenn Close, Stormzy and Regé‑Jean Page, among others.
Special honours
Two major industry figures will receive top recognition:
- Donna Langley will be awarded the BAFTA Fellowship, the academy’s highest honour, recognising her influential entertainment career.
- Clare Binns will receive the Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema Award for championing independent and diverse filmmaking through Picturehouse Cinemas.
Industry celebration
Emma Baehr, BAFTA’s Executive Director of Awards and Content, said the organisation is “delighted to welcome so many remarkable nominees to London,” adding that the ceremony will celebrate “the creativity, craft and collaboration that goes into British and global cinema.”
