Blockchain World takes the world by storm by showcasing the world’s first Sustainable Blockchain fashion show by combining opera, pop and r&b music and creating a 16 minute re-innovated live performance in less than 3 days with only 1 rehearsal. Nonetheless, it was executed flawlessly and received tremendous acclaim.

By mixing distinct materials and re-inventing art as we know it, Grace Bian, the VP of the GSFA and the Chair and Founder of Blockchain World, prompts us to recognise the importance of Sustainable Blockchains, as she aims to re-invent the way in which we solve critical and global issues, and nonetheless, launch us into the inevitable metaverse, with sustainability in mind.

She states, “Together, partnered with TVE and the GSFA, with support from the founder, Surina Narula, the chair Mei Sim Lei, the co-President Dinesh Dhamija, and VPs Lord Anthony St John of Blesto and Tony Matharu, we are launching a sustainable blockchain to set in the next 10 year milestone. We created Blockchain World because less than 1% of people truly understand the concept of blockchain. This catalysed our inevitable passion to create the world’s first Blockchain reality tv series, so audiences can have easy access and a deeper understanding of the importance of the blockchain sector. There are numerous misunderstandings and scams within the crypto and blockchain industry, and we want to alleviate that. Blockchain exists to solve problems… and we want to provide a credible platform, and select credible contestants.

We are looking for contestants to join our reality TV series, and have created a gold industry standard qualification process. Future contestants must provide 3 references: 1) from financial institutions, 2) crypto royales, and 3) worldwide blockchain organisations.

We are looking for contestants who have the qualifications and the ability to solve critical problems with ground-breaking precision. Most importantly, we want our contestants to have access to numerous opportunities, and to be a part of a huge network within a very short period of time. The show will be broadcasted to over 1.5 billion people, and will be produced by the Oscar and BAFTA and world-renowned executive producer of the King’s Speech, Mark Foligno. Therefore, exposure is an important factor of the show. The UN already has taken blockchain into account, however, the general society is still quite behind. TVE is carrying the mission and providing the platform to make changes within the world, and we want our future contestants who are confident enough to make a change to join us, as we set a milestone for the next 10 years. We want to thank every single one of our supporters, including: Foundation BNP Paribas, PA Media, WWF, Azad Ayub, the UN, Sky TV, United Living Connect 4 Climate, IUCN, Blue Orchid Hotels, Convention on Biological Diversity, Global Healthcare, and The International Cultural Exchange, Dyson, PWC, etc.”

The live performance was created and presented by Blockchain World, which tied in opera, r&b, and pop together. The performance included 2 opera singers and 1 soulful singer who sung behind an eclectic backing track that mixed numerous genres of music together, highlighting the necessity for adaptability, authenticity, and collaboration within our world, and within the Blockchain industry.

Jack Roberts, one of the opera singers, performs regularly for major UK opera companies, and has a strong passion for bringing classical music to new contexts and combining it with other artistic mediums to re-invent the art form, prompting him to create a one-of-a-kind, eclectic, and entertaining backing track for him and the others to sing to on the catwalk. Nancy Holt, the second opera singer, has worked for companies such as: Glyndebourne Festival Opera, Opera Holland Park and British Youth Opera. Glorynade, a soulful musician from East London, has charmed the music scene with her extremely powerful yet angelic vocals. Ramzi, the opening artist, a Nigerian and Lebanese pop and soul artist from the UK, also performed his song “Amazing” at the start of the awards ceremony.

Jad Adams, a French-Syrian couture fashion designer has brought sustainable fashion to the forefront by cutting and repurposing couture dresses that are worth thousands of pounds at Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and now… at the GSFAs. Jad has paved his professional design career by working with international fashion houses such as Dolce & Gabbana and Elie Saab for several years, before launching his own showroom and his first atelier in Paris, attracting a range of international clientele, including royalty. Jad was able to efficiently and beautifully cut and repurpose the dresses with cutting-edge speed, a triumphant symbol of our global shift and focus into sustainability, and the speed in which Sustainable Blockchains have the ability to solve problems, and change our world for the better.

The night was overall an incredibly warm welcoming into the joys and mysteries of the new meta verse.
