Hedonism Wines and Ollie Dabbous are delighted to announce that their new restaurant, Hide, will open on 17th April. Reservations are now being accepted.

Located at 85 Piccadilly, Hide enjoys incredible views over Green Park and is a relaxed and holistic setting in which to savour seasonal cooking at its best, complemented by the UK’s most comprehensive wine list.

Hide is set over three floors, each as thrilling as the other, all connected by a striking spiral staircase.

Located on the ground floor, “Ground” offers an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner, as well as afternoon tea and breakfast. Reflective of Ollie Dabbous’ signature style and lightness of touch, dishes are simple, seasonal and refined. Here an open bakery also serves freshly baked bread, cakes and viennoiseries.

Guests choosing to eat in “Above”, on the mezzanine, can enjoy a tasting menu and set lunch, showcasing the very best seasonal ingredients. Served with restraint and finesse, these dishes see Ollie take his cooking to new heights.

Finally, the bar “Below” offers a selection of Hedonism’s finest and rarest spirits, along with a cocktail menu from Oskar Kinberg.

Guests can choose their wine from hiding’s list or from the Hedonism store which currently has the largest selection in the world.

Individually styled private dining rooms, serving either restaurant dishes or feasting menus based on the very best British produce, present a unique backdrop for parties of between four and twenty.

Taking inspiration from Green Park opposite, Hide’s striking interiors are a collaboration between Hedonism’s Evgeny Chichvarkin and Tatiana Fokina with These White Walls studio and Lustedgreen architects.

Commented Tatiana Fokina, “Creating a restaurant felt like a natural progression given our love of food and wine. It’s great to be teaming up with another independent company to create something heartfelt to us and unique to the neighbourhood.”

Added Ollie Dabbous, “Evgeny was one of our regulars at Dabbous and even did a day in the kitchen, so it’s been a fun collaboration. I am also excited to finally get a walk-in fridge! People were surprised that I closed Dabbous, but I hope once we open Hide, they will soon understand why that decision was taken.”

Hide will open seven days a week, from 7.30AM until 1 AM.
