Iconic Scottish singer-songwriter to perform entire debut album live, alongside fan favourites and new material.
This year marks the 35th anniversary of The Same Sky, the groundbreaking debut album that launched the extraordinary career of one of Scotland’s most beloved voices, Horse.
To commemorate this milestone, Horse will perform the full album live — in its original track order — in a series of special anniversary concerts.
Audiences will be taken on a journey from the anthemic opener You Could Be Forgiven to the hauntingly beautiful Careful, a track famously covered by Will Young. But this is more than a concert — it’s an intimate celebration. In between songs, Horse will share behind-the-scenes stories, candid reflections, and insights into the making of the album and her remarkable career.
Renowned for her emotionally raw performances, spellbinding vocals, and fearless honesty, Horse has built a loyal following over her eleven-album career. The show will also feature powerful selections from her latest critically acclaimed release, The Road Less Travelled, offering a dynamic mix of classic tracks and fresh anthems of love, hope, and resilience.
This anniversary event promises to be a deeply moving experience for long-time fans and newcomers alike — a celebration of artistry, authenticity, and a voice that continues to inspire across generations.
Horse comments:
“If I could speak to myself 35 years ago, I’d say this: The people who matter don’t mind, and the people who mind don’t matter. You’ll see the world change — sometimes for the better, sometimes heartbreakingly not. But no matter what, never not be yourself. That’s your power. And remember, united we stand — always.”
