‘Who Runs The World?!’ celebrates International Women’s Day with Blingo, Disco and Cabaret in Camden Town.

    International women's day 2019
    FEST Camden
proudly celebrates all the wonderful women who make the world so fabulous with Who Runs The World, a special night of fun on Friday March 8th. This three-pronged International Women’s Day celebration will feature Cabaret, Blingo and a Camden Disco Club special across the multi-faceted venue with a proportion of the profits going to their chosen charity. This three-in-one celebration is for all races, genders and sexualities and aims to bring people together to remind us why we need to respect and love one another.

It all kicks off with Blingo, a hip hop themed bingo night that will champion the rap and hip hop world’s brightest female stars. It runs in the FEST main room from 6-10pm and mixes up hilarious banter from your host Grandma Flash, slick beats and plenty of top prizes. The non stop mix of music and ball calling fun is all done in a blingy environment and is a brilliantly subversive night of fun.

From 7pm, you’ll be under the charge of Miss Polly Rae at TPI Fridays, who has starred in the likes of  The Hurly Burly Show and at Soho Burlesque Club. She is the celebrated cabaret host who welcomes you into The Birdcage. A delicious three course dinner awaits as well as plenty of titillating action, late night naughtiness and mischief that will have your pulse raising and sides splitting. Raunchiness, wild burlesque and glitter galore make this another steamy sensation.

The third and final fantastic offering is the Camden Disco club which pays homage to two absolute dance divas Sister Sledge and Donna Summers for a night of fully themed action. An all female DJ line-up brings the best in 80s bangers and disco classics. Good vibes are sure to flow until the early hours in a space filled with disco balls, glitter bombs, roller girls and plenty more surprises. This standalone club night also acts as an after party for the cabaret and bingo and tickets include a welcome drink.
