Unmissable appointment on January 30th at IIC in London with “Retrospective” and its founder Glauco Della Sciucca.

The italian film director, journalist, illustrator and designer, will illustrate the “Retrospective” – a global cultural project – during a debate moderated by Flavia Fratello, journalist from La7, in which Martina Mazzotta (Warburg Institute and Fondazione Mazzotta) at The Italian Cultural Institute in Belgravia, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

“The date of January 30 – explains Della Sciucca – takes on suggestive contours for us: it coincides in fact with the 55th anniversary of the last Beatles concert on the roof of Apple, directed in 1969 by Lindsay-Hogg, our author and partner in Hoffman, Barney & Foscari. To close the circle of coincidences: in 1966 Paul McCartney participated with Barry Miles in an event at the Italian Cultural Institute in London”.

Retrospective is an agorà of Ideas, an integrated cultural concept that talking about philosophy, arts, literature, design… and soon will amaze with books, records, an annual Festival and a TV and radio format.

Glauco Della Sciucca – former New Yorker, Columbia Journalism Review and Swatch Group, author of the films “Humanism!” and “Nel Mondo Mio Interiore” with Stefania Rocca – sharing this ambitious projet in association, among others, with the designer Mario Di Paolo and with Lorenzo Tamburini.

Della Sciucca is also the founder of the company Hoffman, Barney & Foscari – supporter of ‘Meat Free Monday’ for Paul McCartney – together with Michael Lindsay-Hogg, historic director of the Beatles, and, among others, Luca Bombassei and Chicca Olivetti.
