Reds fans can now get their hands on a new collection of exclusive Hello Kitty x LFC merchandise, thanks to a new global collaboration between the club and Japanese creator, Sanrio in celebration of Hello Kitty’s 45th anniversary.

Lfc celebrates 45 years of hello kitty with new range
First created in 1974, Hello Kitty has become a popular character among people of all ages and represents a symbol of happiness, kindness and friendship.

Made up of a wide variety of products for children, from backpacks and drinks bottles to stationery sets and footballs, the new range merges LFC’s sporting style with Sanrio’s most iconic and lovable character and features 35 key pieces.

The collection also includes apparel for babies, girls and women, each emblazoned with the signature Hello Kitty character.

The Hello Kitty x LFC Junior Sports Set is ideal for any young Red getting ready to cheer on their favourite team on a matchday. Styled in a vibrant red, the two-piece set features a jersey and shorts combination, each piece complete with Hello Kitty and LFC logos situated on the front.

With its understated detailing and soft grey colour, the Hello Kitty x LFC Women’s Sweatshirt offers a comfortable and casual look this autumn/winter, making it the ideal gift for under the tree this Christmas.

The cosy pyjama set for babies and juniors with long-sleeve t-shirt and bottoms is perfect as the evenings begin to get colder. Hello Kitty is on the front of the pyjama white t-shirt, and also features on the red and white striped pyjama bottoms.

To officially unveil the range, Hello Kitty herself made a special appearance at the club’s Anfield store yesterday (Sunday 17 November), alongside LFC’s own mascot, Mighty Red. Families were treated to a host of fun activities, such as photo opportunities with Hello Kitty and fantastic prize giveaways.

The exclusive range is available to purchase now in the club store at Anfield, Liverpool ONE and globally online at  store.liverpoolfc.com
