Rising classical crossover sensation Matteo Bocelli returns with new single ‘Falling Back’, featuring the Polish superstar sanah. Released via Decca with a music video, the duet marks the next chapter in Matteo’s journey following the success of his debut album Matteo. Co-written by the duo during several studio sessions in Milan, ‘Falling Back’ captures the raw emotions and resilience found in all relationships. A captivating pop anthem, the song showcases both artists remarkable vocal talents, blending seamlessly in a stunning musical partnership.

Matteo Bocelli is blazing a trail with his distinctive fusion of pop and classical music, quickly selling out tours in Europe, North America and Australia. From his first appearance on the single ‘Fall On Me’ with his father, Andrea Bocelli in 2018, to singing a reimagined version of ‘Time To Say Goodbye’ with new composition from Hans Zimmer at the 2024 Oscars, Matteo Bocelli’s career has been going from strength to strength.
Speaking about the single, Matteo says: “Working on “Falling Back” with Sanah has been an incredible journey. From the moment we first connected, I was struck by her unique voice and artistic vision. Collaborating with her in the studio was a truly inspiring experience; she brings such passion and authenticity to every note she sings. Reflecting on the creative process, Matteo explains: “The songwriting process for this track was very special for both of us. We wanted to create something that resonated on an emotional level, capturing the vulnerability and strength that exists in all relationships. We spent hours refining lyrics and melody, ensuring that every element of the song conveyed the emotions we felt while writing it. Sanah is an insanely talented artist and songwriter and being able to watch her work and create something together is something I am very grateful for.”
sanah is a Polish singer, songwriter, violinist, and composer. She received nationwide popularity in 2020, with the release of her single “Szampan”, which became a number one hit in Poland. She later released her debut studio album Królowa dram (2020), which peaked at number one in Poland. She has gone on to release three further studio albums: Irenka (2021), Uczta (2022), and Sanah śpiewa poezyje (2022), all of which peaked at number one in Poland, and were certified diamond by the Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry. She released her fifth studio album Kaprysy on 14 June 2024.

A 12-track album showcasing, the album is a mix of songs in English and Italian, with writing and production contributions from Ed & Matthew Sheeran, PARISI (Ed Sheeran, Fred Again), Jesse Shatkin (Miley Cyrus, Sia, Kelly Clarkson) and Stuart Crichton (Kesha, Backstreet Boys, Louis Tomlinson), among others.
Matteo Bocelli began learning piano at age six and made his stage debut at 18, singing Verdi at the Rome Colosseum. Having performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, Matteo has captivated audiences with his heartfelt songs and dynamic vocal performances. His “Night With Matteo” tour has sold out iconic venues like the Sydney Opera House, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and The London Palladium. He has also opened for the legendary Lionel Richie and performed for His Majesty Charles III and Queen Camilla at the Festival of Remembrance. Matteo’s solo tour will continue throughout 2024 with dates across North and Latin America.
