An all-new ice cream extravaganza is coming your way this summer – a creative hub of culinary creations that, quite literally is all in the hands of the consumer!

Celebrating self-expression, Soft Republic is the latest concept pop-up store  from Wall’s, where consumers can go a bit ‘Willy Wonka’ by designing their very own products from an eclectic menu of ingredients.

And if you’re not feeling so inspired, then the team at Soft Republic have created a hot-list (or cold) to whet the appetite and get the creative juices flowing.

Have you ever considered an Ice Cream burger? Probably not, but inevitably you will now.

The Soft Republic store is a place where customers can visit every day for two months and never leave having had the same product twice. It really is up to you to find that inner foodie genius, to enjoy ice-cream and to fulfil those crazy edible notions that have yet to be realised.

Taking up residency onFriday July 14th until early September, the Soft Republic store will be situated in Spitalfields Market at 111b Commercial Street and open seven days per week.

The team at Soft Republic has also collaborated with celebrated London artist Rich Fairhead who will be working on a bespoke installation during the first days of opening, adding to the forward-thinking, fun nature of this exciting new venture.

Opening times are Monday to Saturday from 11am-7pm and on Sunday from 12pm until 6pm.

Prices range from £3 for a loaded cone, through to £5 for Ice-Cream Burger, Hot Dog and Magic Box with ingredients ranging from delicious sauces to fresh fruit toffee popcorn, pretzels and toasted marshmallows.
