Tuesday 2nd October 2018. Helmed by executive chef and co-owner Ollie Dabbous, Hide has been awarded a Michelin star less than six months after it opened in the heart of London’s Mayfair.

Its success fulfils the expectations of many of the UK’s restaurant critics, with one of the earliest reviewers, esteemed wine writer Fiona Beckett, deeming it worthy of a hat-trick.

Hide sees Ollie – who also won a Michelin star for his eponymous restaurant Dabbous in 2012 – take his cooking to new heights, with seasonal dishes created with restraint and finesse, whether for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.

Commented Ollie, “It’s a real honour to be recognised for what we have been doing at Hide over the last few months. I am only a part of the process and this award is testament to my amazing team who have worked so hard from day one. I would also like to thank our suppliers who have played a major part in our success too.”

A joint venture between Ollie Dabbous and Hedonism Wines, Hide offers a relaxed and holistic setting in which to savour seasonal cooking at its best, complemented by the UK’s most comprehensive wine list.

Offering incredible views over Green Park, Hide is set over three floors, each as thrilling as the other, connected by a striking spiral staircase.
