At the heart of Opulence Aurore is a dedication to the refinement of silhouettes. The collection draws from the grand traditions of haute couture, where structure and elegance meet in perfect harmony. Embellishments once revered in Couture is becoming a lost art in today’s world. The intricate handwork, which takes hours of labour and unmatched skill, is being overshadowed by less detailed alternatives. Opening the collection with a stunningly hand embellished “Dragon Fly” sitting on a shimmering hand embellished Dress set the tone of Opulence and Luxury that was to be unveiled as part of the collection.
What followed was a stunning collection of outfits exquisitely designed in luxurious fabrics like Silk, Satin and Lace. Each piece carried the theme of Opulence through intricate lace work, standout embellishments and Jackets designed in bespoke Brocade fabric. The one thing you always look forward to in Vaishali’s collection is boldness and the Statement embellishments were not merely decorative; they were the soul of the collection, bringing an element of drama and luxury that elevated each piece from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
Vaishali closed the show with not one but two back-to-back standout pieces. The first a stunning Modern Dress with Bold Corset Top tailored to perfection, offering a contemporary fit with its structured bodice showcasing a sophisticated approach and the dip hem flayer of the dress with its dazzling sequins added the touch of grandeur with sparkling glamour.
The detailed and very intricate craftmanship showcasing Vaishali’s Indian heritage with a modern approach to the design of the embroidery and making the top matched with a Saree like contemporary silhouette in the skirt made this authentic piece a truly Opulent Show Stopper of the night!
