Television celebrity Gok Wan set London on fire as he spun the decks at the official kick off of Pride in London 2023 at SOUND London at The Cumberland Hotel. Fresh from Glastonbury, the British style icon went for a laid back black tracksuit with a pop of colour on his feet in honour of Pride.

The night also saw Gok reunite with famous friend Amelia Lily, X Factor finalist and star of Geordie Shore and Celebrity Big Brother. The You Bring Me Joy songstress, who eventually came third place in the 2011 series of X Factor behind chart-toppers Little Mix, recently made press with the story of her seven-year health battle with her shoulder injury. Amelia rocked her iconic pink hairdo to the event as she celebrated with fellow LGBTQ+ community and enjoyed Gok’s set.

British actor and star of Ted Lasso, Black Mirror and Top Boy, Kola Bokinni also attended. Hot after the series 3 finale of the hit show Ted Lasso, Bokinni is taking a much-needed break after exclaiming he is very proud of what he accomplished as his character Isaac McAdoo and the great impact it will have for years to come.

The Cumberland Hotel is situated in the heart of the capital and has welcomed the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and Stevie Wonder to its iconic walls. SOUND London is a brand-new addition to the hotel, providing a venue space for entertainment, where music legends once came to play.
