The night will culminate with the presentation of the IDG Award, presented by actor Idris Elba, and an after party where music will be provided by Housekeeping.

“Being a father of a teenage daughter I’m aware that millions of girls around the world don’t get the same choices she does. It’s important to highlight that discrepancy and work toward changing it. ” Idris Elba – Actor

“If we get the conversation and our priorities right at the start of a girl’s journey through life, we’ll have less work to do in regards to her rights once she reaches womanhood” Sofia Foster, Co-Founder of BARDOU Foundation

“We are delighted to partner with BARDOU Foundation for such an important event. Last year alone, we helped nearly 60,000 disadvantaged young women and men who needed a helping hand to re-engage with education, secure a job, or go on to do additional training or voluntary work. We could not do this without the help of our trusted partners, like BARDOU Foundation. We are very grateful to them. ” Tara Leathers, Director of Fundraising at The Prince’s Trust

“For me the launch of BARDOU Foundation is my way of paying it forward. My upbringing with my parents in Berkshire meant I was very fortunate with the choices I was afforded; I understand how important having a strong foundation is for the outcome of a girl’s life” Charrlotte De’Davis – Founder The BARDOU
