Once upon a time there lived a good gay prince and his mom the Queen, but Evil was around in the form of a rich Ogre who actually reigns the kingdom. But Puss in Boots is here to save the day, and the kingdom!

    Puss in Boots at Wonderville

Puss in Boots is also the name of a new Christmas show playing at the wonderful Wonderville theatre in Central London  (formerly known as Planet Hollywood). In Tim McArthurs’ hilarious romp of the shenanigans of Puss in Boots and his master we are treated to unbelievable off the charts laughs that will have you literally in tears –  all performed by a cast who know they are all in on the joke. They play along beautifully with each and with the hilarious script and at times go above and beyond what’s expected of them. In one of the songs they’ll perform it’s just amazing what they do with it! Oli Ross, Adam Rhys-Davies, Connor McGrane and Andrew Lambe are fantastic, but it’s Lucy Penrose, co-writer and co-star who steals the show in every scene she is in!

Wonderville has a bar for those all important pre, interval and post drinks – imbibe as much as you want and enjoy what’s probably one of the funniest Christmas shows around. You have until Dec. 31st to catch it, and you’ll definitely leave the show a bit more merrier and jollier.
