    BACKGROUND

Restaurant Ours launched in May 2016 on the former site of The Collection in BromptonCross, London, SW3. Accessed by a dramatic 30-metre ‘catwalk’ entrance, which was originally created by Norman Foster, the spectacular triple-height space, designed by Sally McCoy, is fashioned for maximum style, comfort and impact. Three large trees provide a striking verdant focal point.

    Restaurant Ours

There is seating for up to 120, with a central integral bar, a mezzanine level for private events, and an open kitchen at the rear of the restaurant that delivers an additional lively effect.

The private dining room (The Bloom Room) accommodates up to 16, on the first floor overlooking the restaurant. Head Chef, Jared McCarroll (formerly of M Restaurants and Chiltern Firehouse), collaborates with Tom Sellers, who is the culinary inspiration, advisor, and a director of the restaurant.

Tom’s reputation for distinctive, precise, contemporary cooking at Michelin-starred Restaurant Story brings a huge added personality to the menus at Ours. The food is a list of favoured seasonal modern and traditional European and British highlights. There are flourishes that echo Tom Sellers’ own style, but overall the simple, quality ingredients remain the focus.
