After giving the world a taste of what they can expect with WORSHIP, MAKE ME CRY, and the recently released BURY YOU, Ari is back with her 2nd EP that showcases her growth as an artist.
With this latest musical endeavour, Ari continues to solidify her position as an up-and-coming trailblazer in the pop music scene, captivating listeners with her unique sound and emotionally charged lyrics. The EP features six brand-new tracks, all expertly crafted to resonate with fans on a deeply personal level.
“‘CCTV’ is horror story dressed as a mixtape. I wanted to tell a story from beginning to end that could be open to interpretation for not only my fans but also for people who aren’t familiar with ‘Ari Abdul’ yet,” says Ari. “The lyrics still have a dark feel, but I wanted to go even heavier with the production on this project. I’m excited to share a different, more intense side of myself with this release.”
This past August, Ari performed in Chicago’s biggest music festival Lollapalooza alongside the likes of Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, The 1975 and Lana Del Rey.
Earlier this fall Ari embarked on her first tour HELLGIRL, selling out shows in New York, Los Angeles, and London, among others.
