London — Saatchi Gallery has extended its critically acclaimed exhibition The Long Now, celebrating 40 years of contemporary art, until 26 April 2026 following strong public and critical response. The exhibition is supported by De Beers London.

Spanning two floors, The Long Now features newly commissioned works alongside historic pieces by leading contemporary artists, including Richard Wilson’s iconic installation 20:50, first presented in 1987 and regarded as a landmark of British contemporary art.
Curated by former Senior Director Philippa Adams, the exhibition reflects on key themes that have defined Saatchi Gallery’s programme over four decades, while continuing its commitment to showcasing emerging talent.
Highlights include works by Jenny Saville, Alex Katz, Olafur Eliasson, Damien Hirst and Edward Burtynsky, alongside large-scale installations addressing technology, climate change and the future of society.
The Long Now runs from 5 November 2025 to 26 April 2026. Tickets start from £10, with all proceeds supporting Saatchi Gallery’s charitable work.
