The world acclaimed English singer-songwriter Seal is on a world tour celebrating the 30 years of his classic self-titled debut album “Seal”.
I was delighted to attend his show yesterday in Nantes, Western France. No need to say that this is unforgettable. You all have hummed the intoxicating indelible Crazy, one of Seal’s biggest hits that reached the top five in the United Kingdom and the top ten in the United States in the early 90s.
The lyrics have a profound meaning as the inspiration came from dramatic events that took place at that time like the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Tiananmen Square massacre. Not to mention both the melodic “Kiss from a Rose” and the anthemic “Killer” that would catapulte Seal into the limelight as Adamki’s album vocals. That was when Seal ascended into the upper stratosphere of pop stardom.
Three decades later, Seal once again takes us on a magical journey through his deeply melodic soulful voice. You can’t help standing and dancing on infectious choruses. Coming next!
