The Skin Therapist Guendalina Gennari, London based expert, reveals the new trends on the beauty industry and she explain why influencers and celebrities want her treatments.

The beauty expert has revealed a genius technique for achieving sculpting face without the need for fillers explaining to us her own signature face treatment.

    1. You are known as Guendalina The Skin Sculpter, could you please explain why this name?

People might think that this name is only for the fact that i do lifting and sculpting massages, but actually its even because i see my clients as a blank canvas or a peace of marble that has to find it’s self esteem and natural beauty.

When you sculpt you always start from something that doesn’t have a defined shape or texture but at the end of it everything has a balance. I love to see the reaction of my clients when they see the results of my treatments, not only from the outside side of it but even from the inside. It just makes you happy.

    2. What is your expertise?

I have always been very emphatic with people and i think that this really helped me in my job, i can understand clients and make them feel in a safe space where they can open up and be themselves.I have suffered from very bad hormonal acne for a really long time and that really helped me to understand even more how vulnerable and scared some clients can be to trust someone that they don’t know.

I love working with the overall body, I have studied reflexology and you learn how everything is connected to every single part of your body. That’s why I always say to my clients that our face doesn’t finish at the neck and we have to treat our body from the outside and inside.

    3. You are the first certificated Sheila Perez method in the UK, could you please explain to us better what is it and the benefits of getting this treatment?

Yes, I am. This treatment is a combination of Lymphatic drainage and muscle stimulation, we are working on the lymphatic system first to drain all the toxins and unblock any stagnation and then we are stimulating the muscles bringing oxygen and nutrients to it, we break down the adipocytes and fight cellulite.

It’s like a 2hr session at the gym! after the treatment we can see that the tone of the skin is smoother and firmer, normally you can loose from 2 to 3 cm from the first treatment, and because of the vigorous stimulation, we are activating the endorphins that will make you feel happy and release stress and tension.

    4. How many times do you recommend a sculpting body massage?

It really depends on the body, but usually, I suggest twice a week for the first 2/3 weeks (this is the time where we need to break down the adipocytes and drain) after that will be maintaining so once a week, but most of the clients keep coming twice a week even after that. IT IS ADDICTING!

    5. You have your own signature face sculpting lifting massage, could you please tell us more what is it, benefits and the technics?

Yes, its a combination of lymphatic drainage, stimulation of collagen and muscle oxygenation, we work on the outside first trying to give a balance to the face and then ill work with the Buccal massage from the inside of the mouth to really reach the muscles that we want to lift. At the end of it ill drain all the liquids and distributes them with the Gua Sha.

After my massage, you can see an improvement in the texture of the skin and the colour of it is more even. You will look more plumped and feel lighter. it’s funny how you can really feel your face after this treatment.

    6. How a client can get a booking with you?

You can book through my Instagram @guendalinatheskinsculpter where you will find all the info and contact numbers to book your treatment.

    7. What is the most difficult part of your job?

Probably to fit all my clients in! I always say that I am the luckiest person because I feel like I could work every day, but its a lot of work on my body so I always need to do stretching before and after the treatments.

    8. How do you treat complex skin type like acne?

I have suffered from hormonal acne for years and i know how it feels to not knowing what to do. Every skin is different and we all react differently, the main thing is to know that it will take time.

    9. What do you suggest to your clients for a summer skincare routine?

HYDRATE YOUR SKIN AND USE SPF!!! We all need hydration, acne-prone skin, sensitive skin, dry skin all skin needs hydration, a good serum for day and night and drinking lots of water is the solution to dull and stressed skin during the summer. And always wear SPF during the day, and reapply it every 2hrs.
