Today The Teskey Brothers announce The Circle Session – a live 5-track EP released digitally on Friday 11th January 2024, recorded for the acclaimed YouTube series of the same name. The EP features the band’s stunning rendition of the Ray Charles classic, ‘Drown In My Own Tears’, available today, alongside four other songs from their 2024 album, The Winding Way. Recorded while the band were in Germany on their Headline UK & Europe Tour earlier this year, The Circle Session has also featured performances over the years from the likes of Hozier, Lewis Capaldi, Freya Ridings & more.
The news arrives as The Teskey Brothers’ officially start their Australian & New Zealand tour after a landmark year-long Headline Tour across the UK, Europe and North America – playing their biggest international headline shows yet.
Having sold out London’s iconic Hammersmith Eventim Apollo, performed a monumental set on the Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival and supported Hozier at Alexandra Palace Park during his UK tour, this year, the Australian band has truly demonstrated the unwavering support of their ever-expanding, dedicated fan base in the UK. 2023 has been the band’s best year for streaming so far with an 126% growth across all platforms and following a viral moment for their song ‘Rain’ in earlier this year, their Instagram following jumped from 150k to 1 million in just 5-weeks.
Due to popular demand, the band are returning to Hammersmith’s Eventim Apollo in September 2024, treating fans to two headline shows as part of their ‘The Winding Way’ Tour across the UK and Europe, and the first night is already sold-out. More information and limited tickets are available here.
