TPH of Chelsea is helping Londoners get over their Easter indulgences by hosting their very first pop-up wellness class, followed by an Ayurvedic brunch, on Saturday 7th April 2018.

SPLIT YELLOW PEAS AND BEANS

Nutritionist, Lifestyle Coach and Personal Trainer, Ondrej Matej, will run the session comprising of meditation instruction, breathing relaxation techniques and stress release exercises. TPH of Chelsea’s outdoor space, a hidden gem behind their river-adjacent address, will be the setting for the exclusive class. Followed by a lunch designed by Head Chef Yogesh Datta, to complement the session’s theme of self-care and reflection.

The Ayurvedic menu will include Plantain Kofta Curry, Fine Beans with Split Yellow Peas and Coconut, Pureed Spinach with High Protein Black Chickpeas and Spicy Lotus Root with Spinach Curry.

Originated as a form of holistic healing in India over 3,000 years ago, The Ayurvedic Diet is one that promotes a rejuvenation of the body and spirit; the practices derived from ancient Ayurvedic texts suggest that particular foods work as a whole-body medicine when consumed appropriately.
