The 97th Oscars® will air on Sunday, March 2, 2025, live on ABC and Hulu.
Format
The nominations for all 23 Academy Award® categories will be announced in a live presentation from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater on Thursday, January 23, 2025. The event will be streamed globally on:

- The Academy’s social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
