Under the visionary leadership of Creative Director Annie Doble, the collection showcased an impeccable fusion of creativity and elegance, with each piece exuding an unmistakable Ibiza-inspired flair.
Annie’s Ibiza Show Spring-Summer 2024 Collection was a testament to the creativity and innovation of the fashion industry, leaving a lasting impression on all those in attendance.
Showcasing her latest collection during a captivating runway show at St Mary’s Magdalene, a gothic style church in West London the show took inspiration from the natural world. The garments featured hues and patterns found in nature, with a diverse palette of soft and vibrant tones used. Along with the floral artistry of mcqueens flowers adorned the runway and provided the perfect backdrop to showcase the stunning new collection.
Annie’s passion for the natural world was evident throughout the show with her artistic designs, with a dress made entirely of floral and fauna taking centre stage. However, this did not deprive the show of the luxury and vintage glamour that is steeped within the brand, with the collection featuring an abundance of embellishments, beads and sequins all expertly handcrafted into the fabrics. The highlight of the show was the opener – a floor length beaded gown that resembled a spiders web, with the model’s face covered by a matching veil in an apparent nod to the gothic setting. Other eye-catching garments from the collection comprise of 19th century style bodices with hand-stitched Roman mosaics into the silk and satin fabrics.
Aside from the glamour and Ibiza flare, Annie’s commitment to the environment is evident with each piece of her collection only available for limited time runs, in a conscious effort to avoid overproduction and reduce waste. Sustainability is further etched into the brands ethos, with the designs made from ethically sourced, recycled and vegan materials..
