The BAFTA Film Awards are a celebration of the global excellence in cinema. This year, Olivia Colman’s racy portrayal of Queen Anne, The Favourite, leads with 12 nominations. Closely following with seven nods are Alfonso Cuarón’s much-lauded Roma, Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, Bradley Cooper’s directorial debut A Star is Born, and Neil Armstrong biopic First Man.
