Following a three-year investigation by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Guernsey-based Immuno Biotech owner David Noakes has today been sentenced to a total of 15 months in prison in Southwark Crown Court. Noakes was sentenced after pleading guilty to 4 charges relating to the manufacture and sale and supply of an unlicensed medicine (GcMAF), and one count of money laundering.
