Singer, songwriter, artist and DJ Camden Cox has delivered her steamy and impassioned video for her latest single ‘Elevated’. The video sees Camden and a partner engaging in an intense and intimate routine on the dancefloor, with hypnotic, hazy visuals that perfectly encapsulate the disorientating feeling of late night euphoria.
Speaking about the video Camden says: ‘The video shows the intensity of chasing a high and avoiding reality. We can’t be sober together because there’s issues we don’t want to face. From fighting, to not being able to keep our hands off each other – it’s chaotic, sexy and euphoric! My best video yet!’
Since its release in late July, ‘Elevated’ has garnered over 200k global streams, and has had spins across Radio 1’s Matt & Mollie, R1 Dance Anthems, Capital Dance, Kiss FM and a seal of approval spin from the legendary Elton John on his Rocket Hour Radio show on Apple 1. The track has also garnered strong support from MTV who have featured Camden as their coveted ‘MTV PUSH Get To Know’ artist.
2022 is already shaping up to be a huge year for the rising star, who recently performed at Electric Woodlands, the Capital Weekender alongside Diplo, Mistajam, and James Hype, as well as Miami Music Week and the DJ Mag x Spotify’s Noteable Live Stream alongside Noizu, Steve Mac, Nostalgix and more.
Having amassed over 50 million streams on Spotify alone, Camden Cox has cemented her reputation as one of dance music’s most sought-after singer/songwriters. She has previously released on iconic imprints including D4 D4NCE and collaborated with globally renowned producers including Eli & Fur (‘Burning’), Joe Stone (‘Mind Control’), Just Kiddin’ (‘Stay the Night’), Jaded (‘Moment’), Tiesto, Gorgon City, 220 Kid, Anabel Englund , Sonny Fodera, Dombresky, Noizu and more. Not stopping there, Camden has garnered support from key tastemakers including Clash, The Line of Best Fit, Notion, 1883, BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard and MistaJam who called her “one of the most prolific songwriters in the dance music world“.
The video for ‘Elevated’ is out now and looks set to further cement Camden Cox’s reputation as one of the UK’s most in demand dance artists.
