    The Crumple Zone

Three gay men live in unpeaceful harmony in a flat on Staten Island during one Christmas weekend in the play ‘Crumple Zone.’

Previously produced in London, and which started out as an Off-Broadway play in New York City, ‘Crumple Zone’ is well-acted and another well done show from Lambco Productions (who gave us the excellent ‘Tailor-Made Man’ and ‘The Story of my Life’).

Terry (James Grimm), Alex (Jonny Davidson) and Buck (James Mackay) share a cramped flat – all drama queens with their own agenda, with personal dramas galore. They have to deal with one crises after another including losing jobs, picking up dodgy shags on the Staten Island Ferry, and miss-communicated signals. And it all comes to a head on Christmas Eve.

‘Crumple Zone’ is a fun and hilarious show which may or may not scratch your itch for something different than the usual ‘A Christmas Carol’ again.

    A very Naughty Christmas

A very Naughty Christmas is naughty, just as it says on the tin, and it’s great fun and perhaps the most fun Christmas show in London right now!

The show is comedy, silliness, sexiness, with excellent singers in a mishmash of a show that will amuse and titillate you, and never once does it drag (yes, no drag queens in this production!). The Australian cast really know how to put on a show, led by the strapping and sexy Stephen Hirst, the gorgeous Kirby Burgess – who has the most beautiful voice ever, the cute as a button Shay Debney, and the rest of the cast who are all just lovely to look at as they are all dressed up in their Christmas best, which is very little! All decked out in Christmas colors – red, green and white – making this a great festive production.

This adult only show delivers, so whether you’ve been naughty or nice, grab a drink at the bar and sit back and have fun. But don’t relax as you might be called onto the stage to play either Mary, Joseph or a donkey!!!

Having achieved cult status in Australia, this hit show is taking London by the reindeer horns!

Jack and the Beanstalk: What A Whopper!

There is a new, profoundly silly and staggeringly naughty adult pantomime – Jack and the  Beanstalk: What A Whopper! – now at the Charing Cross Theatre, which yearly produces one, and this year is no exception.Jack Trott is poor, gay and very horny, living with his mum on a dilapidated dairy farm 10 miles from the nearest Grindr user in the quaint Yorkshire Village of Upper Bottom. Join him on his hilarious quest to find something truly giant.

With outrageous songs, fabulous designs, glittering choreography and more innuendos than you can swallow, Jack and the Beanstalk, by Jon Bradfield and Martin Hooper, promises to be London’s wildest pantomime, and an unforgettably queer night out. Expect all the fun of traditional panto – just not for all the family!

Queen of adult panto Matthew Baldwin returns to don the demurest of wellies as Dame Dolly Trott, a disgraced former soap star-turned-dairy-farmer.

Also returning are ‘Sleeping Beauty Takes A Prick’s’ good fairy and villain, who this year has swapped roles. Chris Lane will bring saucy mischief to Dale the friendly fairy while Jordan Stamatiadis is lascivious evil landowner Lady Fleshcreep.

‘Jack and the Beanstalk: What A Whopper!’ is directed by Andrew Beckett.
