Oscar®-nominated actress Danielle Brooks and actor Lewis Pullman will announce the nominations for the 98th Academy Awards® on Thursday, January 22, during a live presentation from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

The announcement will cover all 24 Oscar categories and will be streamed live worldwide on Oscar.com, Oscars.org, and the Academy’s official digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The nominations will also air on ABC’s Good Morning America and stream on ABC News Live, Disney+, and Hulu.
The nominations will be revealed in two segments. The first group will be announced at 5:30 a.m. PST, followed by the second group at 5:41 a.m. PST. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be available on YouTube, and live captions will be provided across all streaming platforms.
A complete Oscars Nominations press kit will be released immediately after the announcement through the Academy Press Office.
The 98th Academy Awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood. The event will be broadcast live on ABC, streamed on Hulu, and televised in more than 200 territories worldwide.
