Harlequins are excited to announce a partnership extension with the Club’s Official Trading Partner, Saxo. This follows a successful first season together, with the Saxo branding and tagline ‘Saxo, Be Invested’ proudly displayed throughout The Stoop.
The two organisations also implemented a range of successful initiatives. The first being a Harlequins and Saxo advertising campaign on Bloomberg TV. The TVC adverts featured a shared story about how Quins and Saxo have evolved in terms of their approach to risk-management, technology and analysis, told through the perspective of a player and coach. The adverts were featured on Bloomberg TV for six months and viewed by thousands of professionals.
This season collaboration and storytelling remains key to the success of the partnership. Harlequins and Saxo have launched a new Rugby Pass column featuring players and coaches sharing insight on key topics within the game. The first column was launched with Joe Launchbury explaining his move to Harlequins and his predictions for the Rugby World Cup.
Other projects for this season include a series of combined social media content, showcasing the simplicity of trading and the accessibility of Saxo’s products, alongside a new series highlighting the importance of investing in your future.
