The agreement was announced in conjunction with comedian and self-appointed ‘CEO of Clapham’ Archie Curzon who claimed to have brokered the non-commercial deal.
The collaboration will enable Big Game 15 ticket holders to purchase an advance online ticket to Infernos using a discount code to receive a 40% discount or a 25% discount if they show their match ticket on the door when arriving at the venue before 12am on Saturday 30 December following Big Game 15.
The hugely popular Clapham based nightclub is one of the biggest and most popular in London drawing fame across the industry. Hailed by Time Out “succumb to the inevitability of Infernos, the all-time greatest disco”, the venue was the scene of the famous dance scene of The Inbetweeners, praised by actress Margot Robbie as her favourite club, and was a recording venue for the Sex Pistols.
Commenting on the partnership, Harlequins CEO Laurie Dalrymple said: “We are keen to engage a youth audience as we continue to grow our Club and there are few places in London as famous and universally popular as Infernos. The Official Big Game 15 After Party felt a very natural collaboration that we know will be very popular amongst our supporters and wider community.”
Infernos Operations Director David Hanson said: “We have been delivering legendary disco party nights at Infernos for over 20 years and are incredibly proud to be working alongside our local Premiership club Harlequins to create this bespoke offer for their supporters. We can’t wait to see everyone on Saturday 30 December to party the night away after a brilliant day of rugby and entertainment at Big Game 15.”
Harlequins supporters who have bought tickets for the now sold-out Men’s Gallagher Premiership fixture against Sale Sharks on Friday 1 December will also have the opportunity to take up the 40% discount offer to attend Infernos after the match as an additional benefit.
Harlequins will share the Infernos discount offer code to ticket buyers ahead of the match. Alternatively, supporters can get a 25% discount if they show their match ticket on the door before 12am.
