Leeds-based national charity Heart Research UK is hosting a free public art exhibition at Northern Ballet, Leeds on Wed 9th October. Over 400 pieces of anonymous artwork will be on the show, created by a range of celebrities, artists and creative supporters, including Robert Smith (The Cure), Alan Titchmarsh, Keith Lemon, Ralph Steadman and Nick Sharrat. Although a full list of artists is available to all bidders, who created which piece will only be revealed after the auction is over.

All pieces are to be auctioned on eBay from 4th – 13th Nov. The event will also feature larger pieces of artwork for sale by a range of professional artist.

All the money raised will fund Heart Research UK’s pioneering research into the prevention, treatment and cure of heart disease.

In attendance will be Heart Research UK representatives, beneficiaries of Heart Research UK’s work, contributing artists and people with personal stories of heart disease. All will be available for interview.
