Created by ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus, the immersive dining and theatrical experience is now in its sixth year at The O2 and has confirmed an extension of performances through April 2027, thanks to overwhelming demand.

The star-studded evening saw over 500 guests transported to the island of Skopelos for a four-course Greek feast and a celebration filled with ABBA’s greatest hits. Famous faces in attendance included Katherine Ryan, Alison Steadman, Craig Revel Horwood, Sandi Toksvig, Amy Dowden, Juliet Mayhew (Real Housewives of London), Lemar, Lioness star Bethany England, and Ashley James. Sandi Toksvig, who adapted the English book for the London experience, also delivered a special speech announcing the partnership.

As part of its commitment, Mamma Mia! The Party will:

  • Donate funds directly to Nordoff and Robbins
  • Contribute unique prizes to the charity’s fundraising auctions
  • Support ongoing donations through merchandise sales over the coming year

Sophie Arendt, Managing Director of Mamma Mia! The Party, said:
“The music of ABBA holds a special place in the hearts of millions. It is joyful, timeless, and unifying — and we see that magic come alive at every performance. That same power of music lies at the heart of Nordoff and Robbins’ work, and we are honoured to support their vital mission through this partnership.”

Sandy Trappitt, Director of Fundraising at Nordoff and Robbins, added:
“This partnership reflects the true power of music to connect and transform lives. Whether it’s helping someone with dementia reconnect with loved ones, or supporting a child with autism to find their voice, music therapy changes lives. We are thrilled to join forces with Mamma Mia! The Party and look forward to what the next year will bring.”

Since opening in London in 2019, Mamma Mia! The Party has welcomed more than 600,000 guests through its blue doors, offering a night of dining, dancing, and singing along to ABBA’s iconic songs.

The production is executive produced by Björn Ulvaeus and Pophouse Entertainment.
