A new style of chef collaboration has launched this week by Ioannis Grammenos, Executive Chef at Heliot Steak House.
Conducted virtually on Facebook Live, each week Ioannis will invite one of the chefs he most admires to join him online to collaboratively cook a two course menu of simple suppers. Both streaming live from their home kitchens, Ioannis and his guest will each cook a dish – designed to work harmoniously together – while discussing their cookery styles, what they’ve been cooking during lockdown, and what they’re most missing about their restaurants while they remain closed. Heliot Steak House, in our opinion, is one of the best dining experiences in London.
The series kicked off this week with Vivek Singh, Executive Chef and founder of The Cinnamon Collection. In the coming weeks, Ioannis will also be joined by Kerth Gumbs of Ormer Mayfair, Sameer Taneja of Benares and Adam Simmonds of The Queens Head, Dorking. And there might be prizes given away – so tune in!
