Lexus is making all-electric motoring more accessible with the introduction of a new, dedicated wallbox charging system, Lexus HomeCharge, and new-season offers for retail customers purchasing its battery electric models.
This spring there are offers for both the UX 300e compact SUV and the luxury RZ 450e, including the availability of zero per cent APR Representative through Lexus PCP (personal contract purchase)*.
Lexus HomeCharge
Lexus HomeCharge is the only home EV charger that is fully integrated with Lexus’s electric vehicles and the Lexus Link+ app. This gives the convenience of being able to check your vehicle’s battery status, start and stop charging remotely and schedule charging times to suit your personal timetable.
Through to 1 July 2024, retail customers ordering a new Lexus plug-in hybrid and electric car (registered by 31 July 2024) can obtain a Lexus HomeCharge wallbox for £395, including standard installation (terms and conditions apply); the regular cost is £1,095 including VAT.
The compact unit (195mm wide, 320mm high and 110mm deep) is Lexus branded and can be mounted on a wall or pedestal. Authentication is by the Lexus Link+ app or RFID (two cards are provided). It comes with a three-year warranty and a 10-year 4G data plan. Software updates to the system are delivered seamlessly over the air.
Lexus HomeCharge is delivered in partnership with British Gas whose qualified engineers will carry out the installation. Aftercare will be provided by Lexus specialists. Further information is available at www.lexus.co.uk/electric-cars/home-charging.
The Lexus Link+ app can also be used to access the Lexus Charging Network. A monthly subscription gives customers access to more than 600,000 public charge points across the UK and Europe, without having to use multiple apps or cards. It includes a search facility so charging locations can be planned ahead for longer journeys. Prior to arrival, the app will show useful information such as charging speeds, cable compatibility and pricing structure; a filter tool can be used to locate charge points that best suit the customer’s requirements.

RZ 450e
The all-new RZ 450e delivers seamless, smooth and powerful all-electric performance combined with Lexus’s hallmark craftsmanship quality and an unmatched array of safety and driver assistance features, earning the model a top five-star rating in independent Euro NCAP testing.
With the benefit of the Lexus Direct4 all-wheel drive torque control and eAxle system, the sharply designed SUV delivers the Lexus Driving Signature – a constant sense of connection between driver and car that ensures comfort, confidence and control at all times.
The 309bhp powertrain features a 71.4kWh long-life lithium-ion battery, enabling a driving range of up to 271 miles (WLTP combined cycle data, with 18-inch wheels; 251 miles with 20-inch wheels). The Takumi model specification includes 20-inch alloy wheels, Ultrasuede seat upholstery, a dimmable panoramic roof and 13-speaker Mark Levinson premium surround sound system.
The new seasonal offer programme, available until 1 July 2024, includes zero per cent APR Representative and a deposit contribution of £4,500 on the Premium Pack and Premium Plus Pack models, and £6,000 on the top-of-the-range Takumi model*1.

UX 300e
The UX 300e is a battery electric version of the UX compact SUV, benefiting from Lexus leadership in electrified vehicle technologies in the premium car market, established over more than 15 years. The model underwent technical upgrades within the past year that extended its driving range by more than 40 per cent, to up to 279 miles.
All versions are included in Lexus’s current customer offer – the entry-level UX 300e and the Premium Pack and Takumi Pack versions*2.
