Lili Caseley has come a long way since coming out of lockdown. Recent tracks such as Badoom (with over 2 million streams) have cemented her as a real force to be reckoned with in the pop space, not to mention her co-writes with some of the biggest names, including Donae’o. Now, the artist of French-Portuguese heritage shifts her focus towards her new single Hotel Du Palais with Nick Vyner, showing a different side of Caseley’s creativity to the world.

The track was originally written in lockdown, and it wasn’t until management serendipitously put the two artists together did the song manage to get finalised. Hotel Du Palais was bounced to LA and back where the narrative was shaped by Nick’s feature, as if the song was meant to find the pair. The upbeat and energetic number is inspired by artists such as Lily Allen, Ariane Grande and Dominic Fike.

On the track, Lili says:

“The story is about wanting to return to a feeling of nostalgia, of a perfect night that felt like paradise but you know wouldn’t last in reality.”

The song is released into the world on the 30th of September and will be available across all DSPs, alongside a stunning French new wave Brigitte Bardot-inspired music video in a Rectory built in 1822 that priests used to live in, which is a must-see.
