On the day Madam Storm will help you to master 5 different styles of walking while explaining the technique and importance of each. This is a practical, fun class, teaching you how to strut with elegance, grace, sass and confidence. Everyone will participate. By the end of the session, you will: Feel more confident within your body, learn how to command attention when you enter a room, Walk confidently in your heels and Harness the power of your sensuality.
This is the POWER Strut, one of the five Struts I’ve designed, the POWER is used when walking into meetings, networking events or an interview.
- Whatever your mind is thinking your body will show, prepare your mindset before leaving the house with positive affirmations; I am beautiful, I am sexy, I am confident, I own my space, I AM HERE and the golden rule is what others think of you is none of your business!!
- Stand tall with your core engaged and shoulders back, arms by your side, your arms will naturally swing which is ok, after all, you want to look as natural as possible being sexy and confident should always look effortless. If you’re carrying a handbag put it over your shoulder or hold it in your hand whilst your other hand remains by your side.
- Step with the right foot first, heel down followed by the soul of the foot, once your right foot is firmly on the ground, step with the left leg, you can cross your legs over if desired.
- Always look forward, head in a neutral position but scanning your surroundings, you wouldn’t want to be strutting your stuff and get your heel caught in a drain or worse gum!
- Your body language needs to be open, Strutting is all about strutting into your power, you want it to say I’m a woman who’s comfortable in my body and I own my space.
- Have a strong strut but a relaxed face after all you want to be approachable. Body language is key so smile with your eyes and have a little swing in your hips.
Madam Storm’s 7 steps to seducing your partner
- Learning how to seduce yourself is the first step to being a seductress, practise touching yourself seductively in the mirror, look at how your body moves and fall in love with yourself, take note on how your hair falls down your neck, how your back arches when you bend over, the beauty spot on your inner thigh. Know your body inside out. See yourself as a seductress and create a character that allows you to express yourself freely and have fun with it.
- Know your partners love language, what works for Susie’s boyfriend may not work for yours we all have different needs, desires and wants, ask your partner what he/she wants, I believe successful relationship have great communication, have fun exploring one another’s desires.
- Self grooming, is a must for any seductress, taking care of yourself is a sign of self love, it says I’ve taken the time to worship myself and you will do the same.
- Set the mood, create a lovers playlist, play something that makes you feel sexy and sensual, light some candles I always find the ones that are scented to be better or light an incense. Now, of course, the mood can be set by your actions as well as your environment, you are in charge if you want a fun night set a fun mood, be playful. If you want a kinky mood where your partner calls you Mistress then set that intent!
- Use seductive language, words are like spells so cast them carefully, the tone of how you speak is what will turn your partner on, the pace is also important, your language will heavily depend on the mood you want to set and the role you are playing.
- Move slowly, everything is to be admired if you are seducing your lover by touching yourself erotically or seducing him/her by sensual dancing it’s important to touch yourself in the way that you want your partner to touch you, turn yourself on and by doing so he or she will naturally be aroused and remember where ever your hands wonder their eyes will go.
