Mr. big the gentleman rewards kindness, in the world On the 28th May, the spotlight had shone in the beautiful Sala Barozzi in the Istituto dei Ciechi in Milan along with the second edition of ‘Mr. Big. The Gentleman Awards’, focusing on the behaviour that makes the modern man a ‘gentleman’.

This project was meticulously put together by Gabriella Chiarappa, journalist and fashion manager, organised by Musikologiamo’s “Le Salon de la Mode” and sponsored by the Lombardy Region and media partner Fabuk Magazine.

A project that strives to find good examples in a contemporary society where great values seem to be lacking.

An evening that brought many smiles and hope to the people was skilfully pieced together by Gabriella Chiarappa and Pablo Ardizzone. The organiser herself stated: “This event marks a great beginning. The event, which went beyond that of an award ceremony, proves to be a concrete message of rebirth where one must rediscover a sense of humanity and respect for their surroundings”.

The most eagerly awaited moment was that of the ‘awards’, rich in enthusiasm and emotion. It was crowned by magical moments dedicated to international music including a spectacular performance by the GREENSLEEVES GOSPEL CHOIR. This was conducted by master Fausto Caravati, who was welcomed by all present by thunderous applause.

Later, it ended on the splendid notes of the incomparable Bossa Nova voice of Italia Vogna and the “Bolla” jazz trio, and this was how an unforgettable evening came to an end…with the promise of continuing a highly noble project of bringing back values of humanity.
