Paris, June 2025 – The Oriental Fashion Show, an international platform that has long championed creative talents from across the globe, returns to the French capital for an exclusive event. On July 5, 2025, in the elegant setting of the Hôtel Le Meurice, and on the occasion of Paris Haute Couture Week, the Fall/Winter 25/26 collections will be unveiled in a celebration of fashion as a reflection of identity, heritage, and innovation.
The event will unfold in two key moments. At 3:00 PM, five designers from Central Asia and the Middle East will present their latest creations on the runway: Lali Fashion (Uzbekistan), Jamila Alsuwait (Kuwait), Göwher Gouvernet (Turkmenistan), Golli (Turkmenistan), and Mashael Al Mutawa (Kuwait). At 6:00 PM, the renowned Qatari fashion house Debaj will reveal its first-ever Haute Couture eveningwear collection, entitled “La Perle Mystérieuse.”
Each designer brings a unique and powerful vision of Oriental fashion, where traditional craftsmanship meets refined, contemporary aesthetics. Lali Fashion offers sustainable prêt-à-couture inspired by Uzbek textiles and timeless elegance. Jamila Alsuwait, a leading name in Kuwaiti luxury fashion, celebrates femininity through poetic and sophisticated designs. Göwher PIRKULYYEVA-GOUVERNET, a Turkmen designer trained in Paris and St. Petersburg, merges the rigor of French tailoring with nomadic influences in a distinctive visual language. The young brand Golli, founded in 2021 in Turkmenistan, redefines modern fashion codes by blending traditional patterns with minimalist lines. Mashael Al Mutawa, a new creative voice from Kuwait, will make her debut on the Oriental Fashion Show stage with an original and bold artistic proposal. Closing the event, the iconic Qatari maison Debaj, a symbol of luxury modest fashion, will unveil its first Haute Couture collection—an homage to feminine grace and the rich cultural heritage of Qatar.
Since its inception, the Oriental Fashion Show has served as a true bridge between East and West, promoting a fashion culture that is meaningful, rooted in artisanal traditions, yet open to the future. Each edition is an invitation to discover stories, cultures, and worldviews through the universal language of fashion.
The event will take place on Sunday, July 5, 2025, at Hôtel Le Meurice (228 rue de Rivoli, 1st arrondissement, Paris), with two shows scheduled at 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The collections presented will be for the Fall/Winter 25/26 season. Access is by invitation only (limited seating).
