    Pure London announces International Footwear and Accessory line-up

    Pure London, the premium event for progressive fashion buyers, will once again play host to the UK’s largest selection of footwear and accessory brands at the forthcoming February edition of the show (12-14 February, London Olympia). Featuring a range of new, international and niche brands showcasing their AW17 collections, the Footwear and Accessory hall is set to be one of the best offerings yet for buyers.

     

    New to Pure London this February, Spanish-based footwear designer Lola Cruz, who will be presenting their highly anticipated AW17 collection. Designed and created by Maria Jesus Gonzalez, who followed her family’s passion and heritage of producing profound, quality footwear, Lola Cruz’s collection reflects the perfect combination of style and sophistication, embracing high-quality materials and embellishments.Pure London

    Sitting within Premium alongside Lola Cruz, is Spanish label C.Doux, an established brand in the UK for over 20 years as well as Slack London, Sofia, Camper, and Audley. The curated section will elevate Pure London’s dynamic footwear offering to cater to premium buyers and boutiques, looking for something special.

     

    Also showing for the first time at Pure London, Italian footwear brand The FLEXX will bring their unique ‘Stitch and Turn’ designs. The construction of their shoes ensures maximum flexibility in the variety of styles from pumps to ballet flats. Colors of California, a label most well-known for its colorful rain boots, will also join the footwear line-up. Whether spotted, stripy, floral patterns or details such as fur, the collection is influenced by current trends such as lacquer pumps and chequered wedges.

     

    French Sole are also set to make their Pure London debut, with their collection of classic ballet flats, while handmade vegan footwear brand Collection & Co will combine modern styles with ethical materials.

     

    Pure LondonIn addition to all of the new footwear brands, Pure London will also play host to a wide range of the sought after labels that will be returning to the show. Unisa, an internationally renowned Spanish footwear brand, will make a welcomed return with their latest collection alongside Portuguese footwear label Fly London. Swedish brand Ten Points will be back to unveil their unique washed and dip dye collection with even more sustainable thinking. Other favorites among retailers and buyers include Birkenstock, Caprice, Unisa, Ravel and Full BFA will add to the line-up.

     

    Over in the Accessories Hall, Pure London will welcome back a host of brands who enjoyed success at the show last season. Show-stopping accessories and bespoke capsule collections from the likes of Hultqvist-Copenhagen who will be returning in the Premium section with their latest collection. Established in 1980 by Anne Hultqvist the basic concept of creating unique fashion jewelry inspired by a mixture of different cultures from the past, present, and future. The extensive range of feminine and bohemian fashion jewelry influenced by the classical Scandinavian look with semi-precious stones has for many years been handmade in their workshop in Copenhagen.

     

    In addition, other returning names include handbag brands, Fiorelli, jewelry brands Reeves & Reeves and UBU Paris, premium leather bag designer Bell & Fox and faux fur accessories from Helen Moore.

     

    As well as many of the best brands from previous seasons, Pure London will welcome many new accessories brands this season. Making its Pure London debut is Millenium Paris. Bringing a selection of leather goods and stationery for both men and women, the collection of handbags, totes, messenger bags, wallets, travel accessories uses genuine cow leather, oiled buffalo leather and leather suede.

     

    Returning to the show after a break is Danish brand Becksondergaard. Known for their bold use of colors and prints, the collection will feature their sought after leather range alongside their popular wool and silk scarves.

    Many brands will be utilizing Pure London as a platform to launch their business and reach out to the UK market, including Danish jewelry brands DYRBERG/KERN and Dansk Smykkekunst. French brands Aparo and Lucky Team will sit alongside fun, quirky and on-trend the luxury handbag brand L’(ae)taller Caesars as welcomed additions to the line up.

     

    Showing for the first time in February, jewelry brand Bellus Domina, inspired by a deep admiration for jewelry craftsmanship in different cultural contexts, will be bringing their collection consisting of a wide range of rare gemstones and precious metals.

     

    For menswear indies looking to introduce a fresh offering to their stores, as well as men’s’ apparel, Pure Man will offer the latest in men’s footwear and accessories. From heritage to new and emerging brands buyers can expect to see collections from the likes of Beyond Retro, Marcello & Ferri, Blow Ties, Barnet, Schuster, Sipahi & Co, Slides and Michael Linnell.

     

    Pure London has recently announced the promotion of Gloria Sandrucci as Event manager of Footwear and Accessories. Gloria commented: “The curated footwear and accessory edit for 2017 are exciting and fresh, we have a great mix of international and British brands, many of whom are exclusively showcasing at Pure London. Having worked on Pure London before, I am thrilled about this new appointment and me very much look forward to being at the show in a few weeks’ time’.
